We work in partnership with our clients and take an intelligent approach to recruiting the best people for you. We have access to numerous job boards, operate referral schemes, network and use social media and Linkedin to find passive candidates and are dedicated to providing an outstanding recruitment service to both clients and candidates.
Candidates
We work alongside our candidates to find out their career plans and goals and can advise on CV layout, salary levels and interview preparation. We work with both small and large companies and have an excellent knowledge of the businesses in the area. Whenever we require a temp, we always turn to Profiles first. As we have been working with them for 8 years, they know our business well and provide us with excellent candidates, skilled to do the job we need them to do. Profiles have also provided us with permanent candidates, some that are still with us today. The team are quick to react to our needs and always communicate thoroughly with us throughout the recruitment process.
